Happy Day!

I took these photos. I think it was Anurag's first time down the slide all by himself (well almost , Sid put him up on the slide)! Anurag loves Terry Hershey park. We still go there even though it is a good 30 minutes and there is one much closer to home.

I used Echo Park papers. No Idea which collection, but love them all! This is based on one of Allison Davis's layouts. I changed mine a bit, so that the fence match up. Looks pretty cool I think! Phew, I am finally done uploading layouts ! Going to work on the next one! I have so many more pics to scrap! I don't think you can ever catch up!Hope you like it!

Beach and Kemah Trip!

It was a memorable trip. Anurag was on his best behaviour! He was 3 months old! Mom and Dad liked the beach, the stop over at Kemah was nice. We did the boardwalk and had coffee at starbucks. Had subway for dinner I think. It was a good day.

All the papers on the layout are actually from a pound stack from walmart! So perfect!! I love the clouds, drops, pebbles, sand, jute patterns! Great Buy! I still have tons left from that stack! The stamps are by CTMH. I don't remember the name of the set. I used some twine and ribbon on the tag.

On the next layout, I used DCWV cardstock as base and stamped using bit of burlap background stamp by Market Street Stamps. They have some really good stamps. Check them out! I set the grommets using my big bite. The date stamp is by fiskars. We didn't plan to go to Kemah, that's why the title.

Hope you liked them! Thanks for visiting me!

First Temple Trip!

A very clean and simple layout. The brown paper is from Sweet Blooms stack by Colorbok. The green check strip and the light green cardstock is by DCWV Animal Crackers stack. It has very pretty papers but they are all girly. I hope they make some cute stacks for boys soon! Hope you like it!

Block Parrrrtaaay!

I used scraps on this one! The paper is from Animal Crackers by DCWV. It is a very cute stack! Must have if you have toddlers and zoo trips! Anurag loves playing with blocks especially with his dad. Fun to watch to them! So many memories to scrap, such little time..! Sid did the journaling for this one. Love the photos! Especially the focus of the layout!

It was a lot of fun to create! Hope you like it!

Breakfast @ Mommy's !!

Just looking at Anurag's pic, makes my heart melt. I love you to bits my little one!

I used Kraft Cardstock for the background. The pattern paper is from a paper studio stack. Made the fun tags for the journaling. Rub-on's are from my stash. I love how it turned out, lol not modest for sure :-)Hope you like it!

Leafin' Around

I finished this layout a while back but somehow it never made it to the blog. I love this one! I love the yellow! I still remember that day when I took these pictures. It was such a fun day! I loved how he picked up the leaves and put it back in the same place once he was done playing with them. Chasing the leaves in the wind...so cute! Walking his dog , now that was funny!

I used fiskars leaf squeeze punch for the leaves. I distressed the edged with frayed burlap distress ink. Added some twine, my favorite ! I did the leaf border using fiskars border punch. The corners were a bit tricky, but it came out cool. The pattern paper is from Colorbok 'Woodhaven' collection and the cardstock is DCWV.

Hope you like it! Thanks for visiting me:-)

Wanna Join My Gym?!

I LOVE this pic of Anurag! So cute! He loved that gym mat. Ofcourse he would always end up outside the mat as he became more mobile. I used to put sheets under it, so he won't be on the carpet.

I found the cutest DCWV rub-on's to use on this one! I think one chipboard is by heidi grace. Others I have no idea. Just something out of my stash! I am on Use My Stash mode currently ;-). I love the AC precision pens for journaling. It was fun to cut the border shape on the right side of the layout using Creative Workshops Doodling template. I hand traced it and cut it out with fiskars scissors! Hope you like it!

Anurag's Month One

All I remember from month one is changing diapers, sleeping and feeding. Time flew by super fast! We didn't really get many good pictures. He hated the flash and I was always tired. Sigh :( Also, Seriously what is with all the colorful fabric around him! Very distracting!

Anyways, again clean and simple layout. The papers are by the paper studio and the rub-on's are by DCWV. I used the zutters corner rounder on the blue pattern paper. Spellbinder nestabilities to cut out the cute ovals for journaling. Hope you like it!

Thatha & You!

This is a super simple layout. No Embellishments other than some grommets. I love the pics of Anurag and my dad together. I love the blue and the brown color scheme. The paper are from colorbok 'Woodhaven' collection. Beautiful papers! I used white uniball pen for the journaling. The title is a old rub-on from my stash. This is based on an Allison Davis Sketch. I adore her sketches! Hope you like it!

Smashing Anurag-ISMS!!

I have had the red smash book for a year now! I finally worked on the cover. I am going to write down all the funny and smart ass things anurag says! He is one chatter box! Sorry for the poor quality pic, its from my phone.

I painted the background with liquitex soft body colors and then used Tim holtz grunge alphabets for the title. I altered them and finally finished the cover with a layer of mod podge.

Hope you like it!
