If It's Groovy Birthday Bloghop!

Hearty welcome to If It's Groovy Birthday Bloghop! If you are hopping along you should have arrived here from Jean's blog.

I picked the letter "A", since it is the first letter of my son's name. I have always wanted to make a banner for my son's playroom.

I got the plain white letters from Joann's and used Mod Podge to glue the pattern paper onto them. I did two layers of Mod Podge. The pattern paper is by DCWV and it is called Animal Crackers. I love this collection!. I added a few chipboard hearts on the letter to decorate ( which my husband said is girly!). My son loves it and he even counted the hearts on them! Well, that's what matters the most! Hopefully, soon he will learn how to spell his name!

not go back and share some love with the Groovy Chicks so we know what you thought of our one day hop. Here is a list of all the designers!

Thanks for looking! Hope you had a fun hop!

Viji, I love the banner you made for Anurag, and you are right, that paper is awesome! (The hearts aren't girly either!) LOL

What a cutie he is!

This is adorable and I'm sure Anurag will love it for many years. The hearts are a great touch for your little guy.

Happy Birthday to you and all the designers at IIG.

The Animal Crackers paper is so colorful and I think the hearts added just the right touch! If Anurag likes them is what matters! You can tell Sid that if Anurag decides he doesn't like them, they are probably something that can be changed later. But, until Anurag tells you different, they should stay! You did a great job and I bet the banner goes really well with the other things you have made for his playroom! He is growing so much! Counting and you having hopes of him learning to spell his name soon. Wow! Loved stopping by your blog, I don't see you on the Fiskateer board much lately, but by the looks of your blog, you are staying busy being crafty! Good for you!
